My strength is my sensitivity to handle children. As a teacher I am able to relate from a human perspective creating a strong relationship with my students, no matter their age. I give the best of myself to them and they notice it giving back the best from themselves. This strength with Children is sometimes a weakness with my coworkers as I feel susceptible. Being conscious of this difference has become my biggest task and my strongest strength. 

English is my second language. I feel this difficulty as a weakness. Nevertheless, I have notice that my students feel great to teach me and that make us equal. I teach them, they teach me. This issue has become an strong tool in the classroom which surprised me. 
I have more than 25 years of experience as an Spanish speaker teacher, this is definitely my biggest strength.
